Kadhai Paneer is a beloved North Indian vegetarian dish that delivers bold flavors and satisfying textures. Fresh paneer (cottage cheese) cubes are cooked with colorful bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes in a special kadhai masala - a blend of coriander seeds, dried red chilies, and aromatic spices. The dish gets its name from the traditional kadhai (wok) in which it's prepared, which helps create that distinctive semi-dry, intensely flavored curry.
We make our paneer fresh in-house to ensure the softest, most flavorful cottage cheese possible. The kadhai masala is prepared using whole spices that are roasted and ground fresh, giving the dish an incredible aroma and depth of flavor.
